Registration:
- On registration which consists of the registration form, pictures and confirmation of payment (option 2) your establishment will be loaded.
- You will be emailed a link of your establishment and a test enquiry (if option 2 was selected) once your establishment has been uploaded.
- West Coast Accommodation (WCA) will try our utmost to load your establishment with-in 24hrs, Should we experience a large amount of requests this process can be delayed and you will be advised.
- Should you decide to discontinue our services we will require at least 24hrs notice.
Fees:
OPTION 1
- West Coast Accommodation (WCA) charge 10% on every successful booking referred by WCA
- WCA do not charge for the uploading of your establishment on our website
- You will be sent an invoice for your and our records.
OPTION 2
- West Coast Accommodation (WCA) charge an annual membership fee of R500 (five hundred rand) inclusive.
- WCA do not charge any commission/s on booking/s and communication is on a direct level with our users.
- Your annual fee is payable 1(one) month prior to the renewal of your membership. (eg register on the 01 January 2011 renewal payment due on the 1st December 2012)
- You will be sent an invoice for your and our records.
- Our annual membership fees are non-refundable should you opt out before your year is completed.
